Pak Romeo Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the Pak Romeo platform — including the website at pakromeo.com, any mobile-accessible version of the platform or any game, betting market or service offered through it — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pak Romeo regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all members regardless of when they registered, what country they are located in or how they access the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Pak Romeo platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Pak Romeo.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use a Pak Romeo account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Pak Romeo reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered account on Pak Romeo. If you already hold an account, you are not permitted to create a second account under any name, email address, mobile number or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited without notice.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your Pak Romeo account. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a payment method registered in your own name. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

• Your Pak Romeo account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or operated by any other individual.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Pak Romeo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify Pak Romeo immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Pak Romeo accounts are available to individuals resident in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your Pak Romeo wallet are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak Romeo accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though higher amounts may require additional verification for security purposes.

• Deposits are credited to your Pak Romeo wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor in most cases.
• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name and match the identity information on your Pak Romeo account.
• Pak Romeo does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members or friends.
• Deposit fees are not charged by Pak Romeo. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Pak Romeo reserves the right to refuse a deposit if fraud, money laundering or other suspicious activity is suspected.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Pak Romeo processes withdrawals to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500. There is no minimum waiting period between registering and requesting a withdrawal, provided that any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

Processing Times: Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within 1 working day. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically clear within 15 minutes.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. No foreign currency payouts are available.
• Pak Romeo may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 per transaction or Rs 2,00,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a calendar month.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not appear in your withdrawable balance.
• Pending bets reduce the available withdrawal balance until they are settled.
• If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, the funds are returned to your Pak Romeo wallet and you will be notified with the reason.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Romeo offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. The general conditions in this section apply to all Pak Romeo promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: New Pak Romeo members who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit. The wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount. The bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited or it will expire and be removed from the account.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and sit in your Pak Romeo wallet as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met, at which point they convert to withdrawable balance.
• Each promotional bonus may only be claimed once per member. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse of promotions and will result in account closure.
• Pak Romeo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire a promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited in error, Pak Romeo reserves the right to remove it from the account. If the erroneously credited bonus has already been wagered, the resulting balance may also be adjusted.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Pak Romeo — including PSL betting, football betting, cricket and other sports markets — are subject to the following general rules. Specific market rules are published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Minimum Bet: Rs 100 across all sports markets.
• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted subject to available odds and market limits. Pak Romeo reserves the right to refuse any bet without giving a reason.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. No retrospective adjustment is made unless an error is subsequently identified.
• Abandoned Matches: If a PSL or football match is abandoned before the result is determined under the minimum overs/time rule, match result bets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets already settled before abandonment stand.
• Obvious Errors: Pak Romeo reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, a price entered incorrectly by a significant margin. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the member's wallet.
• In-Play Betting: Live bets are subject to the in-play market rules published in the relevant section. Pak Romeo's decision on the settlement of in-play bets is final.
• Accumulator Bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If a selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.

7. Games and Fair Play

Pak Romeo offers online games including Aviator, Fishing Games and Ludo alongside its sports betting markets. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or provably fair algorithms appropriate to the game type. Game results are not influenced by bet size, account history or any external factor.

• Game outcomes on Pak Romeo are generated independently and Pak Romeo does not have the ability to alter outcomes in real time in favour of or against any individual member.
• Members may view their complete game history, bet history and transaction records in the account panel at any time.
• Pak Romeo reserves the right to void game rounds that have been affected by a proven technical malfunction. Stakes from voided rounds are returned to the member's wallet.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round continues and is settled according to its outcome. Pak Romeo is not liable for losses attributable to network issues on the member's side.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Pak Romeo. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may have their balance forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

• Registering more than one account on Pak Romeo under any identity.
• Using another person's identity, mobile number or payment method to access or fund a Pak Romeo account.
• Attempting to exploit a technical error, software bug or odds display fault to place bets at incorrect prices.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Pak Romeo platform in any way, including placing bets, claiming bonuses or scraping odds data.
• Placing bets in coordination with other accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (matched betting abuse or arbitrage abuse on bonus funds).
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Pak Romeo platform.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to access, including attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with game code.
• Using offensive, threatening or abusive language toward Pak Romeo support staff or other members.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Pak Romeo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion. In most cases, suspension is triggered by a specific concern that is communicated to the member. However, in cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity, immediate suspension without prior notice may occur.

Member-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your Pak Romeo account at any time by contacting support. Before closing an account, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited on closure.

• If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will not be able to place bets or access funds during the suspension period.
• Pak Romeo will provide a final decision on any account investigation within 14 working days unless additional information is required from the member.
• In cases where Pak Romeo closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at set session time intervals to help manage how long you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need to take a break from Pak Romeo, you can self-exclude for a minimum period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides periodic summaries of your net profit/loss during active sessions to keep you informed of your real financial position.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• Payment transaction data is encrypted and stored securely. Pak Romeo does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
• By registering for a Pak Romeo account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Pak Romeo holds about you by contacting support with a subject access request.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pak Romeo's liability to any member in connection with the platform is limited to the amount of the member's deposited funds that remain in their wallet at the time a valid claim is made. Pak Romeo is not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated winnings from bets that were not placed or were voided in accordance with these Terms.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity issues on the member's side that prevent access to the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the Pak Romeo platform.
• Third-party payment processor delays, fees or errors once funds have left the Pak Romeo platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Pak Romeo's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Pak Romeo may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, an updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Pak Romeo may also notify members via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Pak Romeo platform after amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Pak Romeo is not obligated to provide individual notification of minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect member rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Pak Romeo operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through Pak Romeo's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant competent authority.
