Pak Romeo is committed to handling your data responsibly. We collect only what we genuinely need to run the platform, process your PKR transactions and keep your account secure. We do not monetise your personal information through data sales or undisclosed third-party marketing arrangements.
By registering for a Pak Romeo account or continuing to use the platform after this policy has been updated, you consent to the practices described in this document. This policy should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Data We Collect
Pak Romeo collects personal data in three main ways: information you provide directly when registering or using the platform, information generated automatically when you interact with the platform, and — in limited circumstances — information from trusted third parties for identity verification purposes.
Information You Provide Directly:
- Full name as it appears on your national identity document or payment method.
- Pakistani mobile number used for account registration and OTP verification.
- Email address (optional but used for account recovery and transactional notifications).
- Date of birth, collected to verify that you meet the 18+ age requirement.
- Payment method details including Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile number, bank account details for IBFT or the last four digits of a debit/credit card where used. Full card numbers are never stored by Pak Romeo.
- Any identity documents submitted during account verification, such as a CNIC scan, stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device information including device type, operating system, browser type and screen resolution.
- Network information including IP address and mobile network operator (Jazz, Telenor, Zong, etc.).
- Platform usage data including pages visited, games played, bets placed, session duration and navigation paths.
- Cookie and session data as described in the Cookies section of this policy.
Pak Romeo never collects unnecessary personal data. If a piece of information is not required to operate your account, process your PKR transactions or meet a legal obligation, we do not ask for it.
3. How We Use Your Data
Pak Romeo uses the personal data it collects for specific, legitimate purposes. We do not use your data for any purpose other than those listed below without obtaining your explicit consent first.

Pak Romeo will never use your data to make automated decisions that have a significant negative effect on you without providing a means to request human review of that decision.
4. Payment Data and PKR Transactions
All financial transactions on Pak Romeo are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pak Romeo integrates with local payment processors for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank IBFT transfers. Payment processing for Visa/Mastercard is handled by a certified payment gateway.
What Pak Romeo Stores:
- The mobile number or account reference associated with each Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction.
- Transaction amounts, dates and reference IDs for all PKR deposits and withdrawals.
- The last four digits of any debit/credit card used for deposits — stored only to help you identify your payment method in your account history.
What Pak Romeo Does NOT Store:
- Full Easypaisa or JazzCash PINs or passwords.
- Full debit or credit card numbers, CVV codes or card expiry dates — these are processed directly by the payment gateway and never transmitted to Pak Romeo's own servers.
- Online banking login credentials.
All PKR transaction data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. Payment processor partners used by Pak Romeo are PCI DSS compliant where applicable, ensuring that your financial data is handled to the highest available standard.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Pak Romeo uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform function correctly, keep your session secure and understand how Pakistani members use the site so we can improve it. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit the platform.
Types of Cookies Pak Romeo Uses:
- Essential Cookies: Required for core platform functions including login sessions, bet slip management and payment flow. These cannot be disabled without breaking platform functionality.
- Performance Cookies: Collect anonymous data about how pages are used, which games are most popular and where users encounter errors. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual accounts.
- Preference Cookies: Remember your display settings, language choice and previously selected game categories so you do not have to reconfigure each session.

Clearing cookies will log you out of your Pak Romeo session and may reset platform preferences. It will not delete your account or transaction history, which is stored server-side.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
Pak Romeo does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the specific categories of trusted service providers listed below, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services to Pak Romeo.
- Payment Processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank partners receive the minimum transaction data needed to process your PKR deposits and withdrawals. These partners are bound by their own data protection obligations and cannot use your data for unrelated purposes.
- Identity Verification Services: Where required, a trusted third-party verification service may process CNIC data to confirm identity. This data is not retained by the verification service beyond the time required to complete the check.
- Fraud Prevention Partners: Anonymised and hashed device and network data may be shared with security services to detect and block fraudulent activity. This data cannot be used to identify individual members outside the fraud prevention context.
- Platform Hosting & Infrastructure: Pak Romeo's servers and cloud infrastructure are managed by providers who store and process data on Pak Romeo's behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Pak Romeo will disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required to do so by a valid legal order. In such cases, Pak Romeo will notify affected members where legally permitted to do so.
7. Data Security
Pak Romeo implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect current best practices in online platform security.
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and the Pak Romeo platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. This applies to login, account management, game play and all PKR transaction flows.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data including identity documents and CNIC references are encrypted when stored in Pak Romeo's database systems.
- Access Controls: Access to member personal data within Pak Romeo is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff members can only access the data relevant to their specific role.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Pak Romeo supports OTP-based verification for account login to protect against unauthorised account access.
- Intrusion Detection: Pak Romeo's infrastructure is monitored continuously for unusual activity patterns that could indicate a security breach or attempted data exfiltration.
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, Pak Romeo will notify impacted members as quickly as possible, describing the nature of the breach, the data affected and the steps being taken to address it.
You also have a role in keeping your account secure. Use a strong, unique password for your Pak Romeo account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Pak Romeo support immediately.
8. Data Retention
Pak Romeo retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after account closure to meet legal, financial and compliance obligations. The specific retention periods that apply to different data categories are set out below.
- Account Registration Data (name, mobile number, date of birth): Retained for the duration of the account and for 5 years after closure to meet financial compliance requirements.
- Transaction Records (PKR deposits, withdrawals, bet history): Retained for 7 years after the date of each transaction in line with standard financial record-keeping obligations.
- Identity Verification Documents (CNIC scans): Retained until the verification check is complete and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable regulations. Documents are securely deleted once the retention period expires.
- Session and Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for security and fraud detection purposes, then anonymised for platform analytics.
- Support Communications: Retained for 2 years after the last interaction to allow reference if a complaint or dispute is reopened.
When personal data is no longer required and the applicable retention period has passed, Pak Romeo securely deletes or irreversibly anonymises it. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for aggregated analytics.
9. Your Data Rights
As a Pak Romeo member based in Pakistan, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact Pak Romeo support at support@pakromeo.com with your account details and a description of your request.
Right to Access
Request a copy of the personal data Pak Romeo holds about you, including your account information, transaction history and any identity documents we have on file.
Right to Correction
If any of your personal data is incorrect or outdated, request that we correct it. For name or identity corrections you may need to provide supporting documentation.
Right to Deletion
Request deletion of your personal data in circumstances where Pak Romeo no longer has a legal basis to retain it. Note that financial transaction records may be subject to mandatory retention periods.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request that Pak Romeo restricts processing of your data while a dispute about its accuracy or our legal basis for using it is resolved.
Right to Data Portability
Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format so you can transfer it to another service provider if you choose to close your Pak Romeo account.

Pak Romeo will respond to all data rights requests within 7 working days. Complex requests may take up to 30 days, in which case we will inform you of the expected timeline when acknowledging your request.
10. Children's Privacy
Pak Romeo is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must not register for or use a Pak Romeo account.
If Pak Romeo discovers or is notified that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately closed, all deposits returned (where possible) and all personal data associated with the account deleted as soon as technically and legally feasible.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered on Pak Romeo without your knowledge, please contact support immediately at support@pakromeo.com and we will act on it as a priority.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
